Advertising Policy

Entertainment Industry Social (“the Site”), operated by Illuminet, LLC, may display advertisements in the sidebar and other placements. This Advertising Policy applies to advertisers, sponsors, and anyone purchasing or placing ads on the Site.

What we accept

We generally welcome ads that support the entertainment community, including:

  • Music, film, theater, and performance promotions
  • Tools, services, venues, and education for artists and industry professionals
  • Illuminet, LLC and partner brands (for example, network shows, radio, or related projects)

All ads are subject to approval by Illuminet, LLC. We may refuse or remove any ad at our discretion.

What we do not accept

  • Illegal products or services
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading claims
  • Hate, harassment, adult sexual content, or exploitation
  • Malware, phishing, or unsafe downloads
  • Ads that infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights
  • Anything that violates our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines

Standards

  • Ads must clearly identify the advertiser where required by law
  • Landing pages should match the ad’s offer and be reasonably safe for users
  • Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their creatives and landing pages
  • We may use cookies or similar technologies to measure ad delivery, as described in our Cookies Policy and Privacy Policy

Sidebar and placements

Sidebar and other ad units are inventory owned and controlled by Illuminet, LLC. Placement, size, rotation, and scheduling are determined by us unless a written agreement says otherwise. Member organic posts are not a substitute for paid inventory unless we expressly allow a promotion format.

Pricing and agreements

Rates, durations, and deliverables are agreed case by case. No ad is guaranteed until confirmed in writing (including email) by Illuminet, LLC. Refunds, make-goods, and cancellations follow the terms of that agreement or as required by law.
